Since independence, Malaysia has been steadfast in developing various aspects. The economic development plan designed for national wealth and harmony is resonated in the 9th Malaysia Plan as well as the national space programme, which is normally ventured be developed countries. Despite not being a developed country, Malaysia is courageous to explore space science and our success is a big leap towards achieving the status of a developed country come 2020.
All achievements are fruits of labour and determination, attempts that know no ends, readiness to walk that extra mile, proactiveness to open the mind and to continuously learn in order to create plenty of opportunities and invaluable experiences for self. This process actually teaches us to master the art of success and when opportunity comes knocking, we are well prepared to act and materialise our dreams.

Listen, And Give Yourself A Chance To Change
Not everyone enjoys rap music. To them, rap music sounds out of tune and the combination of the rhythm and lyrics is unsynchronised. In short, they can't appreciate rap music as art. One day, a good friend put on a few creative rap music while entertaining his guess.
His guess refused to listen at first, but gave in when the good friend requested, "lend me your ears for a few minutes," the guest begin to listen more attentively to the lively beat and started to appreciate the music.
"Lend me you ears for a few minutes" is indeed a beautiful phrase to start a new beginning!
"MLM is a way of life" has always been the phrase echoed by Gan Ah Seng, the Director of BES. Why does it mean so much to him? This is because everyone can learn about direct selling through comprehension. If you have ever been in business, chances are you are not influent with the know-how and concept of business.
However, in MLM building a career is easy because you start from the beginning by learning the basics of selling, sponsoring and communication; making you not only professional but also a holistic entrepreneur. Mastering the art of direct selling is achieved gradually as you build the business.
This is the aura of MLM. It is not only about selling products, for products are merely to set the MLM momentum. The point is, customers will ask "Why should i buy from you?"

A Dream Sparks Aspiration & Keeps Us Focus
A group of youngsters decided to chase their dreams and promised to meet in a certain place at a certain time. Each of them brought a "vessel" and headed towards the sea of life in search of their dreams. 95% of them did not plan their journey. They just listened to people and relied on fate. Without proper direction, their vessels were hit by strong waves and winds.
When they reached the deep sea, some hit the reef while others were pinned between rocks, and eventually sank. Only 5% of the youngsters planned their journey. Before sailing, they prepared appropriate equipments and courageously began their journey.
They finally reached their destination after two, three years, unlike most of their friends who didn't make it because of lack of planning. The story tells of the importance of planning. Planning serves as a guidance for our actions.
Planning without a certain goal on mind is like sailing without a destination in mind, we will be swept away in the big, open sea.
As our brain has an innatte response system that is controlled by our goal. To activate the system, we need to determine a clear goal so that our brain reacts according to the predetermined order. This response system enables us to overcome challengers and obstacles so that we move on.
Every success requires careful planning. The higher our goal, the bigger the effort required to achieve it. A strong willpower is actually driven by a definite goal. Be confident that you have what it takes to achieve your goal. Believe that your ability will emerge upon order by your brain.

From The Heart - Toward Cultivating A Holistic Entreprenuer
We need to embrace a positive and proactive attitude to succeed and the passion to be a significant person. And we need a strong willpower to overcome our weakness. Once we have set a goal, we become more confident. With self-confidence, we are adaptable to change and capable of achieving success.
Once a upon a time in America, a young man had no money to buy a new pair of suit. But he has a dream to be a famous actor. To achieve his goal, he organise a plan and list down names of people in 500 film companies, according to importance, and brought a script that he had written for them to consider. After visiting 500 companies, none had accepted him. However, he was not disappointed. He regained his self-confidence and made a second visit to promote himself. Again, all the companies rejected him. The man persisted and made a third visit, but failed. He set his heart to continue with his fourth attempt. Eventually, the owner of the 350th company agreed to read his script. A few days later, the film company agreed to invest in a film based on his script and employed the man to act as the leading role. The film was "Rocky" and the man was Sylvester Stallone. In the international film industry, "Rocky" and Sylvester Stallone have since then become popular around the world.
Living And Learning Together
Humans are social beings and have always lived together, grouped initially by family connections and then by other ties and interests. Such grouping into communities is important for every human being. They give a sense of belonging, a human environment, in which to express oneself, interact and grow. Ultimately, all of us belong to the global community. The purpose of a community is to serve human needs.
Any community that is to survive and flourish must respond to the needs of its members sa human beings and seek to harmonise personal interests and those of the community as a whole.
A community which fails to take account of human nature will eventually defeat its own purpose and rather integration, will suffer disintegration. Social integration requires the appreciation rather than the elimination of differences.
However insignificant it may seem, even the smallest of courtesies can make life easier and more pleasant for others. At times perhaps you expect too much from yourself, or feel uncomfortable asking for assistance. Even if the person you ask can't help you, help will come. Life is supportive, though not always in the way we expect.
People have forgotten the importance of living within a community. Much of the social ills faced today can be traced to the break up of community living. People learnt so much from each other, learned on each other for help and advice. Today all this is lost.
Great things are archieved through the power of co-operation. We are not alone, and we benefit from giving and taking.
